Senture Chosen to Provide Crucial MLR Support to Major Health Care Company
Senture LLC has been chosen by a top 10 managed health care company to provide call center support services for their Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) rebate initiative that was required by the Affordable Care Act. Following the Supreme Court decision upholding the legislation, insurance companies are required by law to issue rebate checks and communication to its policyholders that were impacted by the new legislation.

For this project, Senture provided a custom CRM tool with customized capability for this job. With the uncertainty surrounding the pending Supreme Court decision, Senture teamed with the company to get all aspects of the project established and prepared at a minimal expense. Once the Court’s decision affirmed the legislation, Senture was able to swing into action quickly hiring and ramping more than 350 persons needed for the job in less than 30 days. Extraordinary support of employees who serve in the Guard, Reserve
London, Ky. – The Kentucky Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the United States Department of Defense, announced today that Chris Deaton and Scott Noble of Senture LLC in London, Ky., were honored with a Patriot Award in recognition of extraordinary support of their employees who serve in the Kentucky National Guard and Reserve.
According to Ralph Brown, ESGR Area 5 chairman, who presented the award, “The Patriot Award was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation to their employees, who like the citizen warriors before them, have answered their nation’s call to serve.
Chris Deaton, who received two awards, was nominated for being highly supportive of the Kentucky National Guard and Reserve by E3 Estus Hibbard of London, a member of the ARNG, 149th In., and by Sgt. Joseph Little of Monticello, a member of the USAR, 100th Div. (OS).
Scott Noble was also nominated for being highly supportive of the Kentucky National Guard and Reserve by Sgt. Little.
Supportive employers are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of the nation’s National Guard and Reserve units.
Sgt. Little had this to say about Deaton: “Mr. Deaton and the entire management staff at Senture LLC have always been enthusiastically supportive of my Reserve duty, despite having given very short notice on more than one occasion. Also, each time I have returned from duty, I have always gotten a warm welcome. Workers Wanted: Senture hiring 1,000 for new jobs
A down economy hasn’t stopped progress at Senture, which is now hiring for both temporary and long-term jobs. According to Vicki Blair, human resource specialist with the London office, jobs available will include temporary jobs staring at $9.50 per hour to a five-year contract that pays even higher.
“We have over 400 jobs that are short-term projects on the ObamaCare that passed on Thursday,” Blair explained. “Those jobs start at $9.50 an hour with no benefits.” Those jobs will begin in early July, she added. A long-term project that is expected to span over five years requires the hiring of more than 100 persons to fill those positions. Blair said this job requires a federal background check, drug testing, and initial screenings. These jobs are expected to start in October and will offer benefits. “We will be needing over 500 people to work during the annual enrollment period for an insurance company, whose name we can’t disclose right now.” Blair said. “On all these jobs, the pay ranges between $9.50 an hour to $14.50 and hour.”
Senture LLC of London announced the recruiting and hiring program on Thursday and hiring has begun immediately. While most of the jobs will be based in Senture’s London office in the Vaughn Ridge Industrial Park off west Ky. 80, an estimated 175 jobs will be distributed to Senture’s locations in Monticello, Ky., and Ocala, Fl.
